FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's $25 an hour if I provide the cleaning supplies, $20 if you do; 3 hour minimum if you're in Hall County, if not it's 4 hours minimum. I can clean your house, mow your yard, organize your closet or office or garage. I can paint walls & ceilings but I can't patch (sorry :(.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some people want to meet before the cleaning, so we go through an interview process. Others are happy to meet me for the first time with my cleaning supplies in hand. The most important thing is to make sure both of us know exactly what is expected so everyone is happy with the end result.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
General house cleaning involves cleaning the bathrooms top to bottom: sink, mirror, vanity, toilet, tub & or shower; sweeping, mopping & or vacuuming the entire house; dusting fans, vents, all corners, furniture, including lampshades, wall decorations, book shelves, & baseboards in every room; kitchen: wiping the fronts of all kitchen appliances & inside of microwave, countertops, range hood, sinks scrubbed. Deep cleaning includes windows washed & blinds dusted; doors & frames & baseboards wiped clean, floors given more detailed attention; furniture polished or hand wiped; upholstery vacuumed; cabinet fronts wiped clean; knickknacks individually cleaned; shower curtains or doors & sink faucets & drains scrubbed in more detail. I enjoy painting too, so if you're interested in freshening your baseboards, door frames or window sills, I'm happy to do that for you.
