- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For many, working with a caterer is a new experience. We take time to hear our clients vision for their event. We guide each client through menu selection and event details. We won’t stop until we create a beautiful, delicious event just right for the client and their guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Stefanie learned her incredible cooking skills at the feet of her grandmother and mother in Boston. She brought the old world Italian and amazing seafood recipes to the south and added them to traditional Southern recipes created during her 20 years living in the south. Debbie brings the design training she received at the Chicago institute and her love of service to each event. Together they create a delicious, beautiful stress free experience to every event.
