Absolutely perfect! Video Heaven was so professional and sincerely sweet to everyone. I seriously doubt they missed anything the entire day. I can't wait to see the final video. Thank you both so much for all your hard work.

    About this pro

We make every effort to find out what you want to say or convey. While you may know what you want your video to say, it can be a challenge to communicate this to the videographer. We ask a lot of questions, offer suggestions and give plenty of options in the planning stages. I normally ask for a link to a YouTube video that maybe is similar to what you are looking to produce. This combined with our vast array of sample video on our website helps us to understand each other, and how best to accomplish their final goal. I enjoy every aspect of video, from planning, scripting, shooting, editing and producing the final product. Producing great video requires a lot of communication with a client, and that means interaction. This requires people skills, and generally someone who likes people. I know that almost sounds strange. But often times, people who are in technical fields aren't very good at communicating with people. And High Definition video is for sure a technical field. I really enjoy meeting and talking with people. But I most like the idea that we are preserving memories for generations to come.

      Q & A

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing really isn't complicated. We have basic plans for most any type of video. Of course, we can always provide a custom quote, but rarely find that necessary. It is mostly based on the type of job and the hours onsite required to capture the necessary footage.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first, we need a date so we can know if we're even available. If we receive a potential job lead with no date, (or at least a range), then we normally ignore it. Next, what sort of video is it? A corporate interview, a promo video, music of stage performance, commercial, sporting event... Next, is there a video out there somewhere that you like, that you could say is fairly close to what you;re looking for? If so, please send us a link. At this point, we have enough common information that we can have discussion in order to pinpoint your specific needs. We can write a script for you if necessary, or assist you in doing that yourself. There will be a lot of questions!
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay up on the latest technology by reading and subscribing to certain well known professional groups. However, I mainly want to stay in touch with what the public needs and wants, as they are my clients. I typically wait to upgrade my editing software til the kinks all get worked out. But I never allow myself to lag far behind.
