Latest Review: I'd never worked with a personal trainer before, but this has been such a great experience! Trina took the time to listen to my concerns and has created work-outs that address those concerns and more. She challenges me to work a little harder each week and I can already feel the difference in my strength and stamina after just 4 weeks. Plus, she gives excellent advice about nutrition and lifestyle changes. Having just turned 60, I'm learning that it's never too late to improve my health and be more active. Thank you, Trina.

Latest Review: Steve Phillips embodies the true definition of a fitness professional. In a sea of countless personal trainers, group fitness instructors and wellness coaches, etc., he stands above and apart from the crowd because what comes so naturally to him is something that can't be learned in any certification program or class. That something is his innate ability to honestly and positively motivate each individual that he leads, to achieve their fitness goals. How does he do this? He is as in tune with the mental as he is with the physical - if not more so, and he helps his clients find the path to where the mind and body work together rather than against each other. Not an easy task and not the same for any two people but he reads his clients and understands them. The things he says to help a client do one more rep, or run a little faster, or go a little farther genuinely resonate because they come from a place of honesty and sincerity. And it's because his motivational style comes from such a genuine place that it works. Pretty much anyone can take an exam to be a certified fitness professional, but that certification doesn't necessarily qualify them for the job or make them worth paying for. Knowing when and how to push a little, or a lot, or not to push at all but just to give a high five and say good job - that makes them qualified for the job and worth paying for. That's what you get with Steve Phillips.
