Coach Tanya Cain made a powerful impact on my life in just 8 hours. I started my sessions with her because of my sugar addiction. However, I learned that my sugar addiction had an emotional component. I also learned how to ween myself away from sugar, salt, and processed foods. She is also very easy to talk to. She is very understanding, and she doesn’t expect you to have superhuman powers and never make a mistake. She always talks about your successes first. I really appreciate that. She is an inspiring woman who has blessed so many people!!!

I had the pleasure of having Tanya as my life coach. I was in a dark place not so bad that I needed a doctor just enough that I needed a life coach. That's when Tanya became my life coach. She taught me how to meditate how to take time for myself. Tanya also help me learn more about nutrition. I started eating healthy I stared taking walks. I lost 60 lb in 5 months most of it was thanks to Tanya but I had to put in the effort also. Thanks life coach Tanya Florence Aikens

Her desire to help all live a better, healthier life is remarkable. She is knowledgeable in so many areas such as fitness, nutritional needs and clean eating which coincides with her leading a weekly meditation for helping to lead a stress free life! She doesn’t shame you into changing your lifestyle but is the quiet nudge that makes you want to live a better life! So much knowledge that she is willing to share and if she is not familiar with something she will let you know but will research to gain information for you, as well as herself. I highly recommend

Coach Tanya was so professional, and a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell that she really enjoys teaching you how to add mindfulness to your everyday life. She’s also patient, and eager to pass on her knowledge to anyone eager to learn. I throughly enjoyed her meditation sessions!!!
