Introduction: As a certified professional coach I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. I have also earned two graduate degrees, both in the business field, a MBA and a Master of Taxation Degree. I served in the US Army for 8 years after graduating from high school. The Army allowed me to further my education and provided me with the life skills to be successful and take on a "Can Do" attitude. The Army also gave me the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life and taught me how to value each person's contribution. I am able to empathize with others and provide the support they need to push through challenging and uncertain times.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There is a 30 minute free consultation to begin. Please inquire about my coaching packages. Each coaching session is an hour long. If you sign up for one of the following available packages, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month, the hourly fee is discounted.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, I schedule a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals. I explain to you how coaching can help you meet your goals and schedule next meeting to start your journey to transformation. There is a self assessment done at the first meeting of your coaching journey. There will also be exercises and planning tools available to you as you make progress in your coaching experience. The program is customized to meet your needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am currently in leadership in the corporate world at a Director level and have worked with many persons over the years in my career in the capacity as a mentor and a coach. I am also a certified professional life coach having spent many hours in training to attain this certification. I have also spent significant time hiring and interviewing employees in my corporate responsibilities and I am uniquely qualified to provide meaningful insight to clients looking to propel their career. I am also a US Army veteran and have experienced first hand the challenges and opportunities transitioning from military life to civilian life and can provide guidance in this area. In addition, I am a woman and a minority and intimately knowledgeable through experience what it takes to progress in your career. I hold a MBA and a Masters of Taxation degree. I worked in two of the top four Public Accounting firms for 7 years and in Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies in management and leadership positions over the last 20 years. I also earned my certification as a certified professional life coach. I have been a hiring manager for many years and understand what employers look for in new employees in the hiring phase and also the strategic positioning that a new or existing employee needs to make to advance in their career.
