I signed up for lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, etc.) and lawn weed treatment service around March 2015. I spoke with Zac Bradford, the owner, and he was willing to match the price I was paying previously with another business. That was good. I was satisfied with the service I was receiving until November when Zac decided to split the business with someone else. Zac was going to take over the lawn treatment side of the business and Ricky Ingram was going to take over the lawn maintenance side. That's when things took a turn for the worse. Ricky wasn't following the schedule that I had first established with Zac, he overbilled me for SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PERFORMED, and he was impossible to get ahold of. I called several times, left messages, and sent him an email with no reply. It's like he just took my money and ran. Got ahold of Zac to inform him of the billing and service issues with Ricky. He was apologetic and willing to help fix things but he reminded me that he didn't run the lawn maintenance side of the business anymore. He said that even he had trouble getting ahold of Ricky. So I decided to cancel all services with Augusta Grass Masters because it was just too much frustration and hassle trying to get the services I signed up for and ensuring that I was billed correctly. I never did receive a refund from Grass Masters for the overbilled services that were never performed so I had to file a formal dispute with my bank and cancel my credit card that Grass Masters had on file. I recommend that you look elsewhere if you want reliable lawn care service. This "company" will only leave you disappointed if you want someone who is competent enough to do something as easy as mow your lawn.

There was just one visit of the service man to my property. As a result, one pole of the fence that surrounds the backyard was damaged by the mower, and about two square feet of the lawn in front of the house was ruined - grass cut off completely together with the layer of soil. Very unprofessional work.
