As a realtor with very high standards on my property. I had GI Party cleaning do six of my homes that i placed on the market and the job completed was impeccable, I was impressed. I also had them do two of my low income properties which is always left disgusting and nasty this last rental tenant left the fridge growing mold and they even tackled that with perfection. I have since had them do my home with lots of dog and cat hair and my mothers home it was perfect and they are personable and professional I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for my rentals during masters in Augusta. Hire them if you want the job done right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Cleanings start about $185 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath home. Deep Cleanings start about $215 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath home. Move out cleanings start around $250. The price varies from there if you have more or less bedrooms and bathrooms. Windows and Blinds are an extra charge for any service for $50
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them a basic quote and try to schedule an in home estimate for an exact quote. Discuss any specifics not covered under a standard or deep cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the Army for over 29 years and we were taught how to clean to a white glove standard. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
