- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system; but I'm extremely flexible. I want customers to be happy. Some times clients on Thumbtack under price an event, and sometimes they overprice an event, so finding that middle ground can be a bit challenging. It's a game in a sense; but as games are... It's fun!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers my goal is to reach out and establish a trusting relationship. It's important for customers to know that I'm straightforward and enjoy what I do. At the same time it's important for me to present what I offer. Once we get past the two most important questions: "How much do you charge?" and "Can you do ________?" We're in business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in a few photographic, journalistic and broadcast capacities. As a radio personality in Spain, I assisted the production department for segments of the news. I currently manage multiple news oriented Facebook and Social media pages; and I'm currently preparing for membership with the Professional Photographer's Association and Wedding Photojournalist Association.
