After calling several companies and not getting a return call back or getting really high quotes. I called TVMounts and spoke with Lamar. I explained to him what I needed and he was able to help. I made an appointment his team arrived on time was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely call T VMounts again for any electronic install.

I bought a few OmniMount tilting mounts for my 60 inch TVs and they are just as expected, GREAT QUALITY! Lamar was friendly, professional, and they were installed timely! I have done business with Lamar at TV Mounts USA before so I expected and received nothing less than excellent customer service :-)!! I will definitely do business with him again!

I love there customer service and flexibility. They're very informative when it came to the proper equipment that was needed and judging where and how far the TV should be mounted on the wall. I had guest over the same day my TV was mounted and had several people ask who mounted my TV because it was so professionally done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flexible and negotiable. Our goal is to provide a fair, honest price for professional quality labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple jobs, we may give a fixed quote via Thumbtack or by phone. For more complicated jobs, we usually schedule a free on-site assessment in order to offer a fair and accurate quote. Once the price is agreed upon, we schedule the job date and establish a time window for the tech to arrive. Full payment is due upon job completion in most cases, but we may request an initial deposit for jobs that require the tech to purchase extra materials or that take more than one trip to complete.

I have 15+ years of experience selling home electronics and installation services to residential and commercial customers. 10+ years of entrepreneurial practice and personal development.
