What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat all customers with respect and make sure they are always happy with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Take corses from the Associated Locksmiths of America Orginization when offered and also manufacturers corses when offered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up in the business and took over the business when my father became sick in 1995. Learned alot from my father and decided to follow in his footsteps.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Re-key residential and commercial door locks and install new locks, door closers, panic hardware, access control, master key systems. We do commercial door repair also. We work with property management companies as well. We have done work in homes, hospitals, all types of retail and wholesale stores, manufacturing plants, retirement and nursing homes, lawyers and doctors offices, aircraft hangers, churches, malls and strip malls, restaurants...etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of all the projects we work on.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful and do your homework on the person or company you plan to hire because there are alot of scammers in this business!!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Give as much detail to what you want done before asking for a quote for your project.
