About this pro
PRICING............Not going to get on here and give you a very cheap price and when I get to your house the price sky rockets. We say $45 for very small yards and condos. Majority of our houses are $60 OR LESS Bi weekly with first service at or around $120 or less depending on how much needs to be done. . At times we will charge higher if the yard needs a heavy amount of work but not often , we try to stay within your budget. VERY DETAILED...... Lawn trimmings, leafs, debris on lawn, old news papers on drive way , tall grass around air conditioners etc.. little things like this makes a yard stand out and makes a Hodge's Lawn Care stand out. We don't cut corners, nor do we charge for little things like weed kill, or wasp, bee hive removal. We want to be able to get in our trucks when the job is complete look at your yard knowing we have done everything possible to make your lawn look the best on the street. WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR WORK. Seeing the end product and the satisfaction on our customers faces when it's all done. Knowing that when we leave the house the customer is happy that they paid a good price and received excellent service .

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Very simple------ 1st service will always be higher than next service. Thats because it involves a lot more work and preperation. On the average my lawns are priced from $45 - $60 bi-weekly. %90 of the homes I have are $60 and below every two weeks because they all have same discounted rate: Military, Senior Citizens , college students and government employees all pay $60 or less. (NOTE- 1 ACRE OR MORE LOTS ARE SLIGHTLY HIGHER)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Make sure they are comfortable....I make sure I give them more than what they want than the price they pay. I always try to go beyond what the customer asks for. The main goal is to get their lawn looking the best it can. I tell it to them straight, My price is negotiable but cheaper is not always better. My system is simple: We get your Lawn looking good the first time so whenever we come back for service there is minimal work to be done , so we can move on to the next client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I always take the time and try and talk to friends in the business. I will never stop learning new ideas and ways of doing things in this business. I also read a lot and the greatest source of knowledge around provides a lot as well.......The Internet.
