FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
According to the kind of flowers that you want, down to the food requested there is a broad scale but total budget matters. If I get the wedding and the reception, it will be cheaper for you in the long run and you will be dealing with one vendor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although the venue is important, they need to check up front to see the small writing that is contained in the contract so that they aren’t stuck with extra costs and overhead. I am a contract specialist in my own right and I like to look over that for my clear Taipei before they sign for their own protection from the get go! Then the other items follow suit after that making sure everything runs smooth, costs are considered and going through everything to make sure you are happy and protected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of practice through my family, taken floral classes and worked for a caterer for many years on a large scale.
