Unlike several personal trainers I have worked with in the past, David pays extreme attention to form and body position, which has dramatically improved my performance and results. Vaughn is an awesome personal trainer, to make a long story short. I had gotten lazy in the gym myself, and needed someone there for that extra push. Someone to provide the motivation I needed. I highly recommend V to anyone seeking a personal trainer. My 17 year old daughter and I train with V twice a week. I appreciate how V starts the workouts on time and develops a different workout plan each and every time. For my daughter and I this adds excitement and a new challenge each time. I have been training at AAP since July 2011, no not that long but long enough to learn that Ashley and Alex are AMAZING! About 3 weeks ago I fell of my eating plan, I started eating bad, I stopped working out I was headed to a very bad place. The one thing that saved me was Ashley, she never gave up on me she kept in contact with me she kept telling me that I was strong and that I could beat this. Dustin has been exceptional. From the first consultation meeting he was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. My goals were to build my self confidence, be able to run 3 miles in 30 minutes and do 20 push-ups without stopping. Within the first 6 weeks he helped my shave off 9 minutes from my run time, I can do 23 push-ups and have lost 10lbs. Understand, from my starting point - the results have been incredible. Dustin is not only extremely motivational, encouraging and supportive he has natural leadership abilities that his USMC career clearly amplified. I plan to continue using All 4 U Fitness/Dustin as my personal trainer as long as I am able to do so. I'd highly recommend without hesitation Dustin for any and all personal training needs, regardless of your current health and level of fitness. He can help you achieve your goals if you have the desire and commitment. Finally he makes it enjoyable and a lot of fun, an all around great guy! He is definitely one of the best trainers out there.

When I moved back home from college in 2008, I was on a mission to lose the "freshman 15" that never went away. I joined the local YMCA and began taking any and all fitness classes they offered. By the time 2009 came around, I still hadn't shed those pounds like I'd planned to. I lacked the motivation and drive to get it done. I was ready to call it quits and accept my weight gain as just another part of life. It was around that time that Joanie asked me and a few others to try a new class she was testing out that was jam packed with high intensity cardio. There is no way I would've made it through that class without Joanie's motivation. I realized that she was the motivation and drive I needed to get in shape. From then on, I made it a point to attend as many of her classes as I could and within 2 months I was down 20 pounds and in the best shape I've ever been. With her encouragement and guidance, I was able to maintain my weight loss and fitness level. Fast forward to 2012 - I found out I was pregnant in March 2012. I took full advantage of pregnancy and gained a total of 75 pounds. Lucky for me, Joanie started a bootcamp clinic soon after I delivered. I knew that if she was capable of helping me back in 2009, she was my only hope of getting back in shape after such a large weight gain. Boy, did she have her work cut out for her! Bootcamp began and eight 6-week sessions later, the 75 pounds was gone! Joanie spent numerous hours each week preparing our workouts to suit our fitness goals while tailoring them to fit each person's fitness level. I've never met anyone so dedicated to others' health. Joanie is an honest person who will get you the results you're looking for. I'm convinced that if it were not for Joanie, my weight loss and fitness goals would've taken much longer and not near as enjoyable. Her motivation, kind heart send sense of humor are just what is needed after a long day at work. She has a seemingly endless menu of exercise routines and caring style that makes you look forward to exercising. I have yet to meet another fitness instructor, personal trainer or fitness guru as motivating and challenging has Joanie!

I started training with Jay almost one year now, I was referred to him by one of my runner buds, I observed postings of his training via facebook and decided I need him to help me with the vital core/strength training I needed for my long distance runs and overall fitness program. When we started, I could not do not ONE sit up. Jay discovered that was my weekness and we went to work to fix it. He told me I would be doing 100 sit ups by the summer. And what do you know by July 2014 I was amazed that I was able to do 100 full sit ups. And that's not all, he got me well prepared to complete my 1st Marathon this past fall.
