On a cold rainy day customer was advised that we were running an hour and a half late.

We did NOT cancel. I have communication proof where I offered another day to come out. *****On the way to give her free estimate (which she asked for the PRIOR DAY in which I reworked our entire schedule) Doug's truck broke down. we had to have it towed. I informed the customer know as soon as possible. Doug was in a truck rental facility renting a vehicle so he could make her appointment. It took an hour to be "out the door" with the rental van. As soon as we realized we would not make the rescheduled time, I let her know. I can not help unforeseen events.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system is based on each individual project. This is the only true way to receive accurate pricing. I offer free estimates within a 50 mile radius of my office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to meet onsite with the customer to discuss options and possibilities. The majority of my work is quoted as job work as opposed to hourly rate. The type of work that I do does not lend itself to sight unseen quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 20+ years experience in Atlanta as a specialties sub contractor.
