We apologize for the misunderstanding with this potential customer. We work hard to get to all our appointment request as soon as we can. This time of year is extremely busy for us and the impact the weather has recently had on our schedule has not made things easy. We are sorry that we could not meet any earlier. We went out of our way to meet after normal business hours. We do not require customers to be present, but we always ask for a time that is convenient for them because there are numerous people that choose meet with us during our visit. We also do the best we can to communicate any scheduling changes that may arise, but not all situations allow us to do that. We have been in the business for years, and value each of our customers. It is an extremely rare occasion that we ever disappoint any of our customers. We do not claim to be perfect, but we are dedicated to perfection. We value each personâs opinion on their side of the story. We will continue to offer the outstanding service that we are known for now and in the future.
