He added in some pressure point therapy and stretching along with the relaxing massage. By the end of the session I was completely relaxed and felt great. If I lived closer I would go back more often. Greg is a professional and is great at what he does. I would recommend him to family and friends.

The session started with an interview to give her information about injuries and routines that contribute to pain and to determine any allergies. She communicates throughout the session letting you know what she is observing and making sure she is attentive to your areas of pain or discomfort. For my session - and relating to my specific issue - she worked on improving range of motion. Robin is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. She uses pure essential oils in her practice and can offer advice on using essential oils for wellness.

Verified reviewI had two sessions with Mahadevi (Rachel). One for Thai Yoga Massage and the other Deep Oil Table Massage. These are very different from your regular massages. Having had lots of back related issues they seem to get to the root of the issue. You can feel the massage and the deep breathing really get to the root of the pain. Unlike regular massages or chiropractor they seem to keep the affect for a longer period. Mahadevi really gives her 100% and I would strongly recommend anyone to try these out. They really work and also has a 'spiritual' aspect to it. I have not tried Yoga before but after having a couple of massage sessions I am now interested in Yoga as well.
