- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that I am wholesaling their property and assigning their contract to a professional cash home buyer who will be paying the fee for their offer. (I do this so I can resell it at a profit to another investor). Many home owners aren’t necessarily expecting a large “windfall” on the property but greatly appreciate that I can offer cash, and close very quickly (no waiting for financing), and no time or effort or expense is required on their part to fix up the property or pay agent fees. "AS IS, ANY CONDITION, ANY SITUATION" If that’s what you’re looking for and you see the value in getting your house sold fast… let’s see if I can come to a fair win-win price. My goal is to help solve my prospective clients with their unique problems! There will be no-obligation pricing commitment therefore; you do not have to move forward with the offer that is provided. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process usually starts with first prescreening and introducing myself. Let the customer know who I am and how I can assist them in their current situation. I will listen to the customer first then ask a series of questions pertaining to their situation ,then set up an appointment to come look at their property. Help customer with any question / advice, and finally market an offer that the customer is satisfied with. (Negotiable)!! Then move forward with contract and close quickly on there property so the customer can move on with their life!
