- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water Damaged phones start at $85 plus parts. Parts concerning water damage are offered at a reduced rate being that the likely hood of a defect is increased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Upon certification I was entered into a network of Technicians who share information and offer updated literature and training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wanting to be a business owner it was a no brainier to choose a trade that I love.
