There are so many things I can tell you about Attorney Walker. She gets the job done! She is professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and will fight so hard for you. She was there for me not just professionally, but also personally. She explained the process of the divorce to me in a way that I could understand. She gave me all scenarios; the best, the good, the bad, and the worst so that I would be prepared for anything. She would check on me, she would listen to me, she would give me an outlet to cry and let my frustrations out. When my now ex-husband‘s attorney was dragging his feet, she submitted everything she needed to the court to get a deadline date for the required mediation with an amazing mediator. With everything going on because of COVID, it did not seem that the divorce was going to happen until at least a year or more after filing. Because of Attorney Walker’s due diligence, expertise, and hard work, the divorce finalized in seven months. If you were looking for an attorney that is going to fight for you, help you out of your situation, and most importantly understand you, you need to hire Attorney Walker.

I was desperate to find a good affordable attorney in a short amount of time regarding my divorce. I reached out to multiple attorneys online but Latasha was the first to respond within a hour of me reaching out. Our initial consultation over the phone lasted for a little over an hour and that is when I knew I wanted to hire her to represent me. She was very knowledgable and gave me so much insight in such little time. After our conversation to my surprise she did not charge me a thing for speaking with her. She is not one of those attorneys who wants to get all of this money out of you and over charge for bare minimum work, she genuinely wants to educate and help her clients win. She was willing to work with me on payment options, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Thankfully, my ex husband and I did not have to go all the way to trail because we were able to come up with a settlement agreement in which I was able to get the rights I deserve. I would highly recommend her services!

My fees are extremely affordable and I offer several different divorce packages and payment plan options to assist our clients, when needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free initial consultations, including in-office, phone, or zoom, and I strive to make sure new customers receive competent and professional legal advice in order to make an informed decision regarding their legal matters. I also strive to make sure the client's questions are being answered and that they get the time with me that both they and their case deserves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 plus years of trial and litigation experience in the practice of divorce and family law, including Contested divorce, Uncontested/Agreed divorce, and Divorce by Publication. As a trial attorney, I also have experience in Legitimation and custody actions, child support and contempt matters, and more.
