Mr. Gaines recently appraised and inspected a home for us in Greenville, GA. It took 3 hours, during which he was extremely thorough, inspecting the roof and attic, as well as every inch of the home, and the well. Every detail was well documented and photographed. Especially appreciate his timeliness in answering phone calls during the busy holiday time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
None Basic Inspection $300-$400 Commercial Inspection with MAI designation $2k and up
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continuous education requirements which are required by the State of GA, HUD/FHA, VA, and FNMA. As I stated earlier, if customers only knew how much education is required, he/she would be amazed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have worked in the construction industry since a teenager. My first job was as a painter when I was 14 years old with my uncle in the summer. Have worked in the Real Estate profession since 1993 and the appraiser/inspection profession since 1999.
