11.03.23. Brandon arrived at my home as expected and began diligently working on my 2004 gas/electric fireplace for almost 4 hours. With each passing hour various parts were discovered to be un-repairable and finally needing to replace a Honeywell part with a SIT part. Final total $800.00 which comes with a 1 year parts warranty and a 2 year service from Brandon; Brandon please remember to forward the receipt for my files.

There was a confusion. After posting my first review, Brandon called me that L.B. Pro has never received my appointment request which I sent through Thumbtack. So L.B. Pro can't cancel it. It seems Thumbtack is the one difficult to communicate. L.B. Pro seems to be a credible company I can contact for my next service needs with fireplace, HVAC, plumbing, etc.

I love setting up quick phone conversations with my client to make sure that I would be a good fit for their project. An to make sure that I clearly communicate my intentions and services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Home Inspection for first time buyers who did not live in state nor had they seen any pictures of the property. Due to the crazy Real Estate market here in GA they put in a blind bid and relied on my report to make their decision. It took me 3hrs and I inspected every inch of that home. My report helped them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
