FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront prices. Every job is unique, that's why we recommend going out to provide a free estimate for each job. We give discounts to military, law enforcement, senior citizens, teachers, and full time students.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every licensed plumber has to undergo 3 years of apprenticeship before they're allowed to apply for, test, and get their Journeyman Plumbing License. Upon holding that license for 2 years, the same process can be done to acquire their Master Plumbing License, either "Restricted" or "Non-restricted". All the while, we must consistently complete continuing education courses to stay up to date on changes in local and International Plumbing Code. We also hold several different certifications with Ga. Environmental Health Dept. for septic repair and installation that also require staying up to date with state laws to help keep us all safe from dangerous illnesses. There are minimum requirements for continuing education, but with the pace the world is at now, we feel that these things should be done much more frequently, and require our employees to learn more on a weekly basis.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with homeowners, landlords, home warranty associations, and companies with multiple locations.
