I have been very unfortunate in the last 5 years and have experienced water damage three times in my home. First time I didn't use Havoc Heroes and I was over charged, responsiveness was horrible and team was not good. Then last year I came home to a major water leak, late on a friday . I found Havoc Herores and to my surprise they showed up around 10PM and worked very late in to the night/ morning to get water damage addressed, and came back throughout the weekend to finish up the work. They were very responsive, very professional, and helped me immensely, I was very appreciative of the team. And once again another flood and I knew immediately who to call Havoc Heroes... because believe me when I say this they were my Heroes. I highly recommend them if you ever have an issue.Oct 4, 2017

Over Labor Day weekend in 2016, my significant other and I enjoyed a long weekend in South Georgia. We are both young professionals leasing a townhome in Alpharetta waiting for the right time to purchase our starter home. During that weekend, and unbeknownst to us, the water pump of the refrigerator broke causing the entire first floor of our 1600 sq. foot townhome to flood approximately six inches, and also flooded our neighbor's townhome. When we returned home to a buckled first floor, and a wailing calico cat we could help but to panic. Thankfully, I knew Mr. Darryl Defendorf through networking and called his cell phone at around 6-7 p.m. on Labor Day. Not only did Darryl answer my phone call, but he had contacted his crew, and were at my townhome within an hour. Their response time was even faster than the landlords. You can imagine the landlord's stress diminish with the knowledge that we had already contacted someone that could help us. Darryl helped us get through a very unpleasant experience by being quickly responsive, kind, professional, and empathetic. I know that he helps hundred of people in the same situation. And despite that, he still was sympathetic, attentive, and had a reliable work crew. Our townhome first floor was repaired with everything being replaced (kitchen cabinets, floors, insulation, dry wall - you name it) after one month. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Pricing is generally not an issue unless you call larger franchises. They often need to charge more to cover their higher costs of operation.
