My experience was average. When my appointment was scheduled, I was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes to clean the carpet in my two small bedrooms. I was also told that the carpets would be dry in two hours. The technician was in and out within 20 minutes and eight hours after my carpets were cleaned, my socks would be wet if I walked on the carpet. The technician appeared to be extremely rushed. I am sensitive to the fact that perhaps he had other customers, however, I feel that for what I paid I deserved better service than I received.
