This is how my bathroom was left on the day of completion when all money was due:Jul 31, 2017Thomas D.'s reply
Our goal is not for clients to like their project, but to LOVE it!!! We try our best to make this an enjoyable, satisfying, and pleasant experience for our clients. These photos, are NOT an accurate representation of the whole situation. The project was scheduled to be painted AFTER TF&B completed, as are many of our projects. The client, asked if they could paint mid project, they were informed that there would be some touch ups required. As ALWAYS we apply blue, painters tape, at the edges of our grouting to avoid damaging the walls and paint, when removed, the paint came with, which indicates, the walls were NOT properly prepped BEFORE they were painted. The client was made aware of what happened, and said, "no problem, we knew there would be some touch ups." The tub spout, was set up for a standard size spout, which fit perfectly, however the client changed to this spout AFTER the plumbing and drywall was complete, HOWEVER, TF&B came back, at no charge to the client and moved the plumbing to accommodate the oversized spout. Unfortunately, the client was not satisfied with the frame on the mirror and demanded a refund, but wanted to keep the frame, that is how this review came to be. We offered the refund and to remove the frame, however was told no, they wanted the money back AND to keep the frame. Please ask yourself, if this was your home, and you were this Unhappy, would you have paid??? The client said she LOVED it, and happily paid. We NEVER collect money until the customer is satisfied. We, at TF&B, feel this type of dishonesty is disheartening. AGAIN, any paint issues were a non issue, due to the project scheduled for painting. The client was extremely happy at the time of completion and paid the balance with no questions or issues.
