Project scope
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Communication! The cornerstone of any relationship. There are many decisions to be made in remodeling and sometimes what we have in mind doesn't turn out so well in reality. If we communicate from initial design to final install all parties involved with be satisfied with the result. Working with the customers from conception to install. I love hearing "That looks better than I ever could have imagined"

Ryan is my go to guy. I recommend him to anyone who asks if I "know someone". Ryan made redoing my kitchen easy and stress free, and at the time we were doing it was not a stress free time for me. I enjoyed working with Ryan, because when I asked for his thoughts on a choice he was insightful, knowledgeable, and never attempted to sway a decision based on what was more expensive. I threw a couple of curve balls at him and he hit them out of the park. I had a very tight timeline and he and his crew were very respectful of that and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the project done on time, it was done a tight budget and my kitchen looks like a million bucks! I have a few more big projects to do and Ryan will be my first call.

We engaged Legacy Home Improvement to do a complete kitchen overhaul. Overall, extremely pleased with the results. He was very professional, delivered within promised time frames and went above and beyond with his service. His attention to detail is unmatched! Highly recommend.

Ryan gave me a more than fair price and did the job within the time line we discussed. He's very professional and cordial. Fantastic work on our basement kitchen cabinets!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Although not complicated, my pricing does need some explanation. I charge an initial fee for designing a kitchen or bath in 3D. This fee includes one additional design edit. If you decide to purchase the cabinets from me I will deduct that initial design fee from the cabinet price. I also offer installation pricing if the customer or their contractor doesn't want to tackle the install themselves. A great installer can make mediocre cabinets look great and a poor installer can make great cabinets look shoddy!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check references and, if possible, go to the job site of the last few jobs completed and check out the craftsmanship.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish customers knew that what is seen on the home improvement TV shows isn't all that close to reality. What take 30 minutes on TV actually takes multiple days and multiple subcontractors to complete.
