- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of each lawn. We use a rolling measure to get the exact size. You never pay for an "estimated" size lawn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a number of questions to understand what a new customer is trying to accomplish with lawn care services. We then make a personal call to the property to measure the lawn area and assess the growing conditions i.e. amount of sunlight, watering conditions, disease, insects, soil quality etc. Based on the assessment, we provide a recommendation on a lawn care program that will best suit the homeowner budget and provide high quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an agronomist on staff who oversees the types of products used in our lawn care and landcare programs. Additionally, the technicians operate under a chemical application certification by the state of Georgia. Lastly, all technicians and account managers undergo ongoing training to identify weeds, soil conditions, chemical properties and our lawn care programs. These training sessions take place once a quarter and are generally an all day event conducted in our office.
