Movers were friendly- The reason why I gave 2 stars instead of one. The movers started off careful with our belongings, but as time went by, they weren't so careful. Several items were damaged in the move and some minor damage was done to the walls in the house. It wasn't worth the headache and time to try to fight any of it. The guy who drove the truck had no business driving a truck that big. He must have been new. The one mover was chatting with my neighbor about 15 minutes. I'm sure I was charged for the time. My wife and I don't planning on moving any time soon, but we wouldn't recommend this company anyone. I paid too much money in the end. They took too long and damage was done. Oh well. Update/response to company’s comment below: Yes, I imagine a fully furnished 3 bedroom takes 6.5 hours. Your company didn’t move the contents of a fully furnished 3 bedroom house or close to it. Two of the bedrooms weren’t moved and the living room couch stayed behind. There is no diningroom in that house and no kitchen furniture. It was enough stuff to furnish a studio apartment. Only one bed and master bedroom furniture, a desk some small items and boxes in the garage were the only stuff moved. Your company showed up with Uhaul rental truck that couldn’t support the contents of 2 adults with zero Childeren. We were well prepared for the movers too! I already mentioned in my review that we decided not to dispute the damages. Don’t respond to my review like my wife and I were in the wrong. It’s an honest review. I’m not asking for anything. Our goal is to provide our customers with excellent customer service. If we fail to do so, we ask for the opportunity to make the necessary correction. We value our customers. We are sorry that your movers did not meet your satisfaction. Our goal is to move our customers in a timely manner without damages. The estimated time for moving a 3 bedroom is 4-6 hours with 2-3 movers. You hired 2 movers and your move was completed in 6.5 hours. At the end of each move we ask our customers if they were satisfied with their move and if there were any damages. We correct all damages when we are informed by customers. However, we have not received any information regarding damages for your move. We kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to correct any damages.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a 2 hour minimum. The hour starts when the movers arrive at the location. We bill in 15 minutes increment. We request a deposit to reserve the move. This deposit is fully refundable if there is a need to reschedule or cancel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on the size of the move, we schedule a visit the customer's home to provide them with an estimate. We also, request an inventory of the items to be moved. We provide customers with the best options for their move to save them time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are licensed movers and are members of the American Moving and Storage Association and the Georgia Movers Association.
