OH MY GOODNESS! I can’t say enough about how amazing Reem was. First off I was dealing with a crisis as my wedding planner was a no show the day of my wedding. Reem was absolutely wonderful about th a whole situation, she knew I was running around trying to get things ready for the wedding and she was very patient and uplifting. Her work was incredible and she made me feel so beautiful on my special day and she actually went an extra mile and helped do my hair as well since I missed my appointment with all the chaos going on. I highly recommend that you ladies hire her! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! 😍
Courtney is there for you every step of the way. He's extremely thourough and welcoming of questions. He goes through the program with you from top to bottom. He makes every effort to be sure you understand how to make the program work for you. Regarding the online training- He comminunicates regularly to follow your progress. No doubt that he wants you to succeed. However, at the end of the day, your results depend on you. You are given the tools and more but you have to use them.
David is an outstanding personal trainer. I did a tremendous amount of research and "interviews" with other potential trainers before deciding to team up with David. The first thing that I liked above his offering was the private studio. I had not worked out in a LONG time and I was self-conscious about working out in front of other people. Secondly, every other trainer I talked to tried to sell me supplements on the first phone call. This is a big turn off. Lastly, I could tell David was an intelligent guy and was not your run of the mill trainer. My experience over the last 4 months has reinforced my initial instinct. David is an articulate, intelligent and thoughtful guy which makes for an incredible training experience. He genially listens to your goals and designs the program for you. You will not do the same thing the person before or after you did-- the program is specific to your goals. He also pushes you without seeming like a drill sergeant. Within three months my body fat % went from 25+% to less than 12%. I feel better than I ever have and for the first time in my life I am hooked on exercise and improving my overall fitness. I initially committed to 3 months of intense training and was going to try and transition to working out on my own after that time period. David was in full support of this plan and at 3 months I was in a position where I could have successfully started training on my own. However, I genially enjoy working out with David so much that I have decided to continue on 3x a week with him. I am looking forward to pushing my fitness to the next level and would highly recommend David. If you are thinking about working out with a trainer you owe it to yourself to talk to David.
Trina Potts is truly an inspiration, having transformed her own body. She is a dedicated trainer who is serious about giving her clients what they pay for. She doesn't waste your time with mindless chatter or empty promises. Instead, she educates, inspires and helps you reach your goals.

Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! He is able to read us and know when to give us more weight as we get stronger. Jeshua uses a variety of exercises so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Jeshua for your training needs!
Terry is an amazing trainer! She is not only supportive but her workouts are always different and exciting. She will teach you how to properly use the equipment and will push you to your fullest potential. I always leave the gym feeling like I got a wonderful full body workout. Matt is an excellent trainer. I have worked out all my life, but when I started training with Matt I immediately noticed a difference. My form is much better (which improved the strength of the smaller muscle groups and reduced injuries), my strength has increased as well as my endurance. Matt is motivating and I have noticed he tailors circuits to his clients, definitely not a one size fits all approach. I would highly recommend him.

I have seen such a huge difference in my workouts since I started training and I am so happy with the results I'm getting. I look forward to my sessions every week and have a lot of fun pushing myself and setting new goals. I have posted two reviews in my life, I actually posted one here because the 5 stars are well deserved. I really do hope people talk to Robert and find out what all he has to offer.
I've been training with Reggie for two years and in that time I've found my strength and endurance to go up, my weight to go down and my overall health to improve. I would recommend Reggie to anyone who is serious about getting into shape!
I have used Jeff for in-home personal training, and have found him to be outstanding. Jeff has helped me revamp my diet (hardest part) and workout, and with his help I have dropped 27 pounds so far. He provided the training, motivation, and the accountability I needed to finally get in shape. If you do not have a lot of fitness equipment at home, he will even bring his own. I highly recommend him!!!!
