- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept all major insurances. Please call if you have Medicaid as some Medicaid and Medicare is not accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend the first two sessions getting to know the patient and family dynamics. The first session is always an intake and requires paperwork. We request that you arrive 15 minutes early.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are bound by state regulations to complete ongoing training to maintain licensure.
