We hired Shaughn to pressure wash our roof. It was exceptionally dirty with caked on mold and mildew,but he took all the time he needed to make it look brand new. I am sure there were detergent solutions that would have taken less time and been easier for him to "get in and get out", but he wanted to protect the shingles and maintain the integrity of the roof which he did successfully. He also noticed a squirrel hole in the fascia going to the attic and repaired that too at a nominal cost.
