Jonathan and his crew came out around 930 to tear my 21 yr old unit out and install my new 2 tier Lennox unit. Was cleaned up and gone before 230. Good professional service from Marty Gray and Eddie Bethune, to Joe who came out to work on our old unit and explained our options to us. Now were just waiting on that first power bill to see the price difference . I liked the emails with the techs name and pic that we received to let us know they were on there way.

Aire Serv of Rome provided me with top notch service, from the time they arrived to give an estimate,thru the process of measuring for size of unit, payment options, professionalism was priority, upfront communication, technicians where on point with there knowledge of the system, installation was so efficient,5 star all the way,10 year warranty on system,I've done a lot of research over the last year or so I would highly recommend this company

I had a 5 ton unit installed at my location the time it took to install was unreal. I was expecting a week and on the second day they was firing it up. Great customer service and response time. I highly recommend this company to any one.

Marty and eric are highly trained in servicing your exsiting unit as well as installing a new one. My unit laid down on the hottest day of august it seemed. But i wasnt worried i just called air serve. Within hours one of the company representative was there to fix the problem. Thanks air serve for keeping me cool during the heat. And thanks marty and eric for all your hard work for the entire area.

Quick service! They were fast to come out when it was 97 degrees outside and I was desperate for help! The installers were polite and quick and got my new unit installed timely! Would highly recommend them!
