I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mitch and how he helped our family. Weâre located in California and sold our house in Georgia. To say the tenant was difficult during the process is a HUGE understatement. Because of this, many of our appointments to take care of thingsâsuch as eradicating mold in the basementâhad to be rescheduled numerous times. Mitch was truly compassionate and understanding, graciously working with us to ensure we met our required timeline. Also, since I was so far away, Mitch became my eyes and ears, keeping me informed regarding the status of the tenant moving her items out and also the condition that she left the home inânone of which was required of him. I would highly recommend Mitch and ARMR if you are looking for a company that not only does a great job, but cares about their customers and goes above-and-beyond the call of duty. After Mitch completed the remediation, I was notified that the tenant had left a large amount of trash and I had no one to turn to in short notice since I was 2,500 miles away. I called on him, he removed it the next day at a very fair price so we could close the deal. He provide photos of the entire process via email as well as daily telephone communication. We hired ARMR to do a mold clean up at our home in Commerce, GA, but were a little skeptical at first as they didn't have any reviews. After speaking with them and several other companies, we felt very confident with the proposal they offered and they were by far the most educated and certified company we spoke with. The pricing they offered us was comparable to other quotes but was much more comprehensive, they performed multiple cycles of testing and several phases to the clean up process and gave us a 30yr manufacturer backed warranty. We have passed their name along to several of our friends who used them and were very impressed. Here we are a year later mold free!! Thanks again for a great job!

This company was great, we got several other misleading bids from other companies on this site, this company stuck to their guns, did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for, I am in the real estate business and mold can hurt a sale, but to be ethical I hired them to come in and take care of our mold issue, they wouldn t even accept final payment until , THEY, not me, were happy and satisfied, they brought in machines to sanitize duct work that were bigger than my 2 car garage, holy cra$, I wish every business was as honest, smart and professional as these GENTLEMAN!!! Thanks Again, I will be calling you again soon and refer you to everyone I meet..Thanks so much!! sale went through just like you said and customer is very happy and satisfied!! Looking forward to the lunch and learn next month..Thanks Again!!
