    Chef Valeri has been making delicious meals for me and my family for the last five years. I first hired her to cater a business event and then immediately hired her to provide personal chef services. Her food is delicious and her customer service is outstanding. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of food preparation and specialized diets is amazing. Whenever I ask her what makes a particular dish taste so good she says, "there is love in there" and there truly is. Hire her! You won't regret it!

Every client is different; I strive to give each client my undivided attention to detail, fill any special request and make deliveries at their convenience. The customer is ALWAYS right! For the past 13 years, I have had clients with as many as 16 different food allergies. When I can make a dish that they have not had in years, they eat it and are amazed, that is my joy.       I charge $30.00 per hour for cook/prep. Purchasing product and delivery to the client is gratis.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      I don't want to waste their time or mine, so I like to discuss their requirements first by email or a phone call. I want to know their likes and dislikes, discuss how I work, how much I charge for services and how I can help them. If everyone is on the same page, then we proceed.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I am self trained. I had a client approach me many years ago to cook for her, she had Celiac disease. I studied Celiac disease for several months before I started cooking for her. It snowballed by word of mouth after that.
