- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $30.00 per hour for cook/prep. Purchasing product and delivery to the client is gratis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I don't want to waste their time or mine, so I like to discuss their requirements first by email or a phone call. I want to know their likes and dislikes, discuss how I work, how much I charge for services and how I can help them. If everyone is on the same page, then we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am self trained. I had a client approach me many years ago to cook for her, she had Celiac disease. I studied Celiac disease for several months before I started cooking for her. It snowballed by word of mouth after that.
