    Val is an amazing personal chef whether you need a single meal for lunch/dinner or for larger gatherings of family, friends or meetings. She specializes in preparing gluten free, diary free and sugar free as well as regular meals and the food is AMAZING!! Val cares about the people she cooks for and always goes above and beyond what is required of a personal chef. She is able to cook special requests, provides large portions and delivers on time with detailed warming instructions when required. If you want a personal chef who prepares incredible meals then I highly recommend Val with My Chef!

14 years providing personal chef services to the gluten free community, We specialize in modifying dishes for individuals with multiple food allergies, who require specialized diets, diabetic and heart healthy options. Everything is farm to table, organic, Non GMO and seasonal. Our menu goes out every Sunday evening and clients can select seasonal dishes or order their favorites. Clients can order a minimum of 2 dishes or family sized delivered in oven proof containers, ready to reheat or frozen and shrink wrapped. Reheating instructions are included for each dish. The smiles and deep gratitude that the dishes they have taste just like they remembered; most especially for those with multiple food allergies. All of my clients I now consider to be true friends as well. It makes me happy to know that I am contributing to their busy life in a wonderful way!
