- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we offer a price match guarantee and will save you even more with promotional discounts for referrals, sign advertising, multiple jobs and preferred payment ALL saving you while making your home investment increase in value and family enjoyment. Up to 15% off price match of job $1000 or more. Under$1000 is a flat %5 off matching qoute. All quotes must be from an insured and licensed business. Thank you for your consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just listen to what they want and keep it simple. Answering any questions they may have and getting all pertinent information about the customer and the scope of work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpentry school, laborers union 13 yrs started framing houses and doing foundation when I was 16 and I used to watch a lot of youtube videos on different trades to find the best ways to do a job. Still do on occasion.
