- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now my prices are by the month. I offer 2 packages at the moment. 5 days a week. Each session is one hour long. That's a total of 20 personal hours. Each session is 25 dollars=500 dollars a month. 3 days a week. each session is one hour long. That's a total of 12 hours personal hours per month. Each session is 25 dollars an hour= 300 dollars per month. ALSO WITH ANY OF THESE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES COMES A FREE MEMBERSHIP TO CROSSFIT CROTON.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading the newest studies on fitness and nutrition . so that I can give my clients the best guidance to meet their goal. I am also a full time Exercise Science student at Georgia Gwinnett College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I served four years for this great country I want to continue to serve by helping people get in the best shape of their lives!
