We recently moved into an older home that hadn't been inhabited for about 2 years and sorely needed a professional to get the place move-in ready. We were quoted for a "deep clean" with two people cleaning for 3-4 hours. The crew arrived, complained about working on a Saturday, and only stayed for 2 hours, asking twice if they were done and could leave. The cleaning we received wasn't deep at all--they missed baseboards and cabinets. The service we received was satisfactory for a brief surface cleaning, but not what we expected. Customer service was unsatisfactory when we requested the situation be corrected. We are still waiting on a partial refund that was promised to us over two months ago.

I am sad to say that we don't know Al L. We've not done a cleaning for this gentleman. There are other White Glove Cleanings out there and I am sorry they did a poor job. Thumbtack has not been a source of us getting jobs as of yet so a review from this gentleman was meant for another company. We don't run our business in that manner. We promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I cannot say we are perfect but we do our very best to make our clients happy.
