- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with the client on their budget. However I have non-refundable downpayment due to last minute event cancelations. This is in place so that my work in preparation won't be un compensated in the case of a last minute cancelation.

We get on a call to get the ideas communicated. Then continue the conversation once we are confirmed.
