I have worked with my personal trainers but none have compared to Doc!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body & what exercises will work best for my desired results. I’ve been training with Doc for almost 4month now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I train 5 days a week , I really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! Doc is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Doc and I have been training together for about 2 weeks now, and Doc has been so amazing since we've started training together. I was particularly weary about starting to work out because I have severe power back pain and disc issues, but Doc is excellent about making sure that whatever sets or exercises we do don't overstrain my back. He's also really mindful of the importance of both my personal goals and what is healthy weight loss and muscle gain. Icing on the cake is how affordable he is and how willing he is to work with anyone's budget -- he really just wants you to feel healthier and better about your body!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No. Done after evaluation, as how can you give a price unless you do a evaluation? as everybodys body is different..I check for injuries, medications someone might have or be on ,so I can design a workout taylored for there needs !💪
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Evaluation to find out there needs..so I can design a personal program for them.. I also take the time to find out if there are any injuries or medication I need to know about.. That's something that 98% of trainers won't do...trainers fail as they train everyone the same way !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?25 years of experience.. Also have trained over 1,000 college and pro athletes.. Trained over 4,800 clients ,from weight loss,weight gain, proper nutrition,strict form we prevent injuries,speed and agility,working with injuries,police force.. anything and everything that has to do with fitness goals and keeping them!
