About

Randall is simply amazing! I have had massages all my life. From being a professional dancer to being an event designer I really take getting my aches and pains taken care of seriously. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a real massage until Randal. Randall was so kind- I wanted to surprise my employees with something special, he came to my home on time, with a great spirit and attitude. He was extremely professional and very humble. After our massages each one of us were blown away. Randall has a gift. It is rare these days to meet someone living out their gifts in such a profound way. He has a way of working with the body that relieves pain, stress and chaos. A massage with Randall is well.... life changing. I had him work on my 10 year old son who has suffered from chronic migraine headaches for nearly 3 years. I have tried everything from diets to herbs to essential oils and doctors. In one session Randall stopped my sons headache. And he did not have another one for almost a week. Randall was very patient and gentle with my son and even showed me pressure points to use. To say the least in the first month that Randall came to our home he has been back three more times. I gifted a massage to my boyfriend for Christmas!! Randall is now going to be an essential part of my families health and well being. Thank you Randall, for pursuing your gift and sharing it with us. I highly recommend him to anyone who suffers form any sort of pains or ailments. He knows how to target the problem and get it resolved.

Yjuania is a gifted healer. He is extremely professional and a master at his craft. I have been experiencing severe pain in my neck and shoulders and been trying countless therapies, including other massage therapists, acupuncture, and TENS machine. None of those provided anywhere near the level of relief I had after one session with Yjuania. I have already signed on for a series and am looking forward to continued progress. Pain-free may finally be a reality for me, thanks to Yjuania!

About

I was very impressed with Alicia. She took ample time before our session to listen and understand my unique history. She offered new insight into my five-year struggle with neck/shoulder/back/arm pain. Alicia is exceedingly knowledgeable in her field. She clearly mapped out a strategy before my massage. I have seen nine different massage therapists in the past five years, some okay, and some excellent. I thought I had "seen" it all in terms of technique. All of these therapists, while very good at their job, seemed to have a standard "set" of moves that were the same every visit, no matter my symptoms. Overall, they had the same basic approach - massage the heck out of that sore muscle. I was blown away when Alicia used techniques that were entirely new to me. It was like she knew a whole new way to access and treat these problem areas. I felt like I was witnessing a master at work. Even more surprising was how gentle the massage was. Most of the massages I get to treat my pain are generally uncomfortable, and some downright painful, leaving me with bruises afterwards. Alicia was so gentle I was actually able to relax. Yet the following day I was still sore, so I knew some serious work had in fact been accomplished. I am excited to continue my recovery process in Alicia's capable hands.

About

This is truly a special place in large part due to Brian who is the massage therapist. i stumbled upon this and can truly say it is a god send. i have already referred many friends and intend to go back. The service was impeccable and more of a therapeutic massage that a fru fru spa event. Brian takes the time to understand what is going on and concentrates on providing the best service for the particular client and issue. I have been to many well known spas for decades and the massage I got here easily ranks in my top three. Do not be fooled by the location, the reasonable rates or the simplicity of the surroundings - this is a top notch first class service. Unfortunately I currently live out of town but I have already booked my massage for my next visit to Stone Mountain in a few weeks.

About

Initially, GiGi did a last minute in-home massage for Father's Day for my husband. He enjoyed the experience so I scheduled a 90-minute in home massage about 3 weeks later for myself. GiGi asked questions to identify what was the best type of massage to give me. I told her that my lower neck, lower back & hip areas felt tense so she made sure to pay attention to those areas. After the massage she also told me about what she observed and gave me tips on stretching. She was very pleasant & passionate about her work & I will definitely utilize her services again.

About

Lisa is fantastic. I was first introduced to Lisa for a massage to help with some shoulder problems, She took the time to discuss areas of pain I was having and worked specifically to bring relief to those areas. She is definitely the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I recently started working with Lisa on Hypnotherapy to help me deal with some long time weight issues. I have been so impressed with the effectiveness of her ability to help me get to the root of my issues and am seeing amazing results in both the way I look and feel.

About

Hi! I am a licensed massage therapist.I am committed to providing advance therapeutic massage. I work with celebrities, movie production and athletes. Here are the different services and definitions that I offer. Neuromuscular Therapy: In neuromuscular therapy, the practitioner works with soft tissue to treat back pain caused by muscle strain. The practitioner uses his fingers, knuckles, or elbows to apply pressure in varying degrees to areas suffering muscle spasm. Sports Massage: Sports massage reduces pain, promotes relaxation, and prevents injury in athletes. It incorporates deep tissue massage, as the pressure applied may be stronger than other forms of massage. Sports massage can be used before, during, or after a sporting event. Deep Muscle Therapy: Deep muscle therapy massage uses slow strokes and intense pressure on connective tissue (the tissue that binds and strengthens the organs and other tissues, such as muscle). This relieves the patient of chronic tension and knots. Deep muscle therapy can be slightly uncomfortable, and more than one session may be necessary to cure chronic tension. Deep Connective Tissue Massage: Deep connective tissue massage uses slow strokes and intense pressure on connective tissue (the tissue that binds and strengthens the organs and other tissues, such as muscle). This relieves the patient of chronic tension and knots. Deep connective tissue massage can be slightly uncomfortable. More than one session may be necessary to cure chronic tension Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment: In neuromuscular integration and structural alignment, the practitioner promotes muscular elasticity by stretching the tissues that surround muscles and organs. The result is correct posture that relieves the patient of pain and restricted movement. Shiatsu/Acupressure: Shiatsu/Acupressure is a traditional Japanese massage therapy in which the practitioner uses fingers (especially thumbs) and palms to locate areas of stiffness and stress. The practitioner rubs, squeezes, and applies pressure to areas needing attention. Strain/Counter Strain: Strain, or counter strain, is used to restore normal motion to a patient who is feeling pain. The practitioner locates a patient's points of maximum pain and then moves him or her into a comfortable position for two minutes, allowing muscles to return to normal position. Stone Massage: Stone massage is a method that combines heated basalt stones with traditional Swedish massage. The technique reduces stress, anxiety, aching muscles, and depression. The stones are heated in hot water and are placed on the spine and/or between the toes. This expands blood vessels and allows blood to flow. In some versions of stone massage, cooled stones are placed on the body after heated stones. Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage: Designed specifically for pregnant women, this massage reduces stress, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, and relieves pain in the back, muscles, and joints. The patient is appropriately propped with pillows during the session. Scalp Massage: A scalp massage increases blood circulation and promotes healthy hair growth. It also promotes relaxation and can help relieve headaches. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation: Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation is a stretching technique that increases strength, flexibility, and range of movement. The practitioner focuses on specific muscle groups and provides resistance as the patient contracts the correct muscles, often in 30 second intervals. Lomilomi - Traditional Hawaiian Massage: In Lomilomi or traditional Hawaiian massage, practitioners use knuckles, thumbs, elbows, and forearms to relax the nervous system, increase circulation, and relieve pain. Lomilomi is especially popular in Hawaii, Japan, and Europe. Patients may be asked to pray, meditate, change their diets, and engage in other self-help activities to complement massage treatments. Swedish Massage: Swedish massage is considered the most common form of massage and uses firm pressure to promote relaxation, relieve muscle aches, and improve circulation. The practitioner uses gliding strokes, tapping, kneading, and friction. Massage oil is often used.
