- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I charge $15 per daily visit for up to two cats, and $20 for more than two cats. I also charge an additional $5 fee for any overnight stays. I charge $20 per day per dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally get paid by cash or check in advance of the work being done. I usually text each client on a daily basis with photos of their pet(s) and updates on their behavior, activity or condition being monitored. I do not bathe or groom animals, and I only watch small dogs unless there is a fenced in yard as the larger dogs tend to pull me over when walking them if they see a bird, squirrel or a cat or other dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just a background as a nurse for 26 years and a love for taking care of client's pets ever since then.
