What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes will include labor and supplies/materials. In some cases, receipts for materials/supplies will be held for reimbursement, eliminating any grey areas between both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to see the area. Depending on the description and photos I may be able to determine a ball park estimate which will vary in most cases. After the scope of work is established I can give an accurate quote. And of course fair and competitive rates follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working residential and commercial renovations for the past 10years regarding most scopes of work other than roofing and hvac. We are proficient in flooring installations, drywall, paint, siding, carpentry, light electrical, windows/doors, subfloor repair, mold restoration and many other miscellaneous scopes.
