What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any TV from a 32"-80" we charge $75 to mount. Wire conceal/power bridge inside walls $55. If we are to supply our own mount it is an additional $45
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them all the things they want done, work out and agree on a price, set up a time and date to do project, call prior to showing up, finish project and before I leave make sure client is happy with my work, receive payment.
