In order to schedule Service Call I was required to pay $50 upfront. “Card reader inoperable” after giving card info over the phone, so had to either CashApp or ApplePay. Next day...no call, no show! Requested refund and was told it would be processed by end of day - of course it wasn’t. Sent another request next morning. No reply, no refund. I ADVISE TO RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

We got things covered the customer got his refund at 1:00 the day after appointment was scheduled. We had a technician that had and accident and one having car troubles so we do apologize once again sir for any inconvenience. Have a blessed day.
