The pro showed up on time, got my repairs completed, confirmed everything was working before he left. I am happy they were able to get it completed so fast. He shows me what was wrong; tested the systems in from of me and advised of any services needed for future upkeep. Only thing that was a little bad was he didn't inform me of the 3.5% fee for using my credit or debit card. Based in the repair costs, it would have been good to know and given tje option to change how I made the payment. Overall good experience.

Great experience with JGE! Prompt and resolved my issue while also explaining the issue so that understood what happened. Really appreciate that JGE was able to fix my heating especially same day and on the coldest day of the year! Highly recommend their service!

Jermaine showed up a little early which was fine. He quickly identified the problem, showed me each step and explained what was needed to repair my A/C. He provided great customer service and was very professional. I will definitely use Jermaine again if needed and also refer him to my friends and family.
