Introduction: I offer personal training services along with diet and nutritional advice for fat loss, firming and toning. Through my own personal transformation, I have gained a lot of knowledge on what works and what doesn't, and I know that I can help you achieve whatever goals you put before me. I have ran track for over 10 years, from recreation leagues through college, and I have played basketball from high school through college.
