- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is custom - we listen to what you're looking for and take several factors into consideration before offering you a price quote for your review. Things we consider are: the time the project will take, the amount of skill involved in things such as custom coding, the platform you wish to use, if we're producing the content and images, etc. All these things go into your custom price quote. We also offer military/veteran discounts as well as bundle service discounts. Most of our services are one-time fees, which sets us apart from our competitors. We don't nickel and dime our clients. You'll always know exactly what you're paying from right up front - no hidden costs, no upsells unless we either find the vital or you request them. We do a heck of a job at the beginning of a project to give you a "sip out of a fire hydrant" with the possibilities for your brand/company and then we ensure that what you're looking for will but into your budget, timelines, and overall business goals - BEFORE starting on any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been doing this a while. Collectively, our small boutique style company has over two decades of website experience, web marketing knowledge and overall web industry expertise. We're a young company BUT that's to your advantage - we keep up to date on what's going on in the industry and our fingers remain on the pulse of new and upcoming trends. Our Google Trusted Agency status has opened lots of doors for us, granting us access to clients such as The University of Georgia, The Coca Cola Space Museum, The Air Force, Verizon, Smashburger, etc. - but don't let those big names scare you- our company specializes in small business marketing and small business solutions - and we love every minute of it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
GLOBAL WEB ADVISORS, LLC co-founded by Anne-Kathrin and Francesco Kozerski to help Small Business compete online against companies with deeper pockets and dedicated on-staff marketers. With an on-going support strategy for Small Businesses and Start-Ups, specifically focused on Content Marketing Strategy Development, Responsive Web Design, Social Media Campaigns, and Location Citation Development online, Global Web Advisors has quickly made a name for itself. GWA clients range from small local mom-and-pop stores to an international boutique jet charter company and many in-between. Co-Founder of the woman-owned business, Anne-Kathrin, obtained a B.S. in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University and a M.A. in Communication from Rutgers University prior to starting Global Web Advisors. Coupled with a background in compliance reporting analytics, marketing analysis/trend reporting, strategic and public relations, financial/sustainability reporting, as well as recruiting/staffing, Anne’s experience has served her well in co-founding this small local business in Metro Atlanta. Anne-Kathrin takes lead on the web design side of Global Web Advisors, staying on the forefront of design technologies as well as outside factors that would affect a web design’s effectiveness within online search (e.g. Google’s phantom algorithm updates). In addition to web design, Anne’s passion is in integrating and launching a content marketing strategy for small businesses to gain local targeted traffic. Global Web Advisors’ results speak for themselves- with companies experiencing hundreds of keywords linked to multiple geographic locations, continually gaining search engine ranking credibility and authority. “When Francesco and I founded this business, we were very determined to give our customers a paramount of services that they had not only not experienced before but also one that they could see drastic change quickly to affect their bottom-line. Whether it’s something as small as the integration of a new plugin to a client’s Wordpress websites or something as large as developing proprietary software for more effective and easily-deliverable content marketing strategies, Francesco takes lead. His extensive background in sales and technology has enabled him to bring an outside expertise to the business that other web technology companies do not and could not possibly possess. In addition to his background and self-taught industry trade skills, Francesco is an eccentric creative to his very core. Having been invited to think-tanks for large corporations such as Propel R/C and Warner Bros., Francesco’s creative talents have not gone unnoticed. Francesco’s ability to come up with new ideas and creative strategies for Global Web Advisors has provided a fresh and modern take to our clients’ web presence as well as skyrocketed Global Web Advisors’ image to what you see today.
