Troy responded to my maintenance request within a half hour on a Thursday night and was at my house the next morning at 9am. He was knowledgeable and helpful about my very old units and provided plenty of replacement options but didn’t push the most expensive. I felt I got a great deal and he was back after the weekend to install the new unit. I will definitely use Troy to replace my other unit soon and recommend him for any service requests.
